it usually takes from 1 day to a couple of weeks to have back a result. If in a hurry do not hesitate to write/call the HR: they are there to help.

Yes. Successful candidates were notified on Monday via email and were invited to first round interviews. The deadline to sign up for 1st round interview slots is today, so I assume that you were unsuccessful if you haven't heard by now.
