Hi there,
Actually I would say yes! Kellogg is in my top 5 list of casebooks. I think they're quite well-written, diverse, and well organized.
Of course, much more important than the case itself is how you're cased.
The worst case in the world can be made great by an expert caser, and the best case in the world can be non-realistic with a beginner.
If your goal is to simulate real life interviews, make sure to case with advanced interviewers (candidates in the final stage of prep and/or coaches).

I have personally found Kellogg case books to be fairly well-written. They are better structured and provide the interviewer with an ability to have a non-linear case interview practice. Most cases have linear solutions and that makes practice sessions not as effective.
That said - depending on year to year the quality and style may differ. Best way to find out is to do some cases and see how you feel.
