I have MBB interviews coming up soon. I'd like to know who my interviewers are ahead of the interview and do my due diligence.

Is it okay to ask HR who are my interviewees on the interview day? (a day or two before)
Übersicht der Antworten
Absolutely yes. Also ask anything relevant for the interview such as:
- Length of interview (timing)
- How many interviewers: one or more
- Style- interviewer or interviewee led
- Delivery format - via screen share etc
Dear Anonymous,
As a general rule, consulting recruiters from top firms are some of the most professional and accomodating HR staff you will deal with in your career. Mostly really a pleasure to work with across firms.
That being said, whenever you have a question, shoot them an email or simply call them. The worst thing that could happen is that they won't tell you some specifics. However, everything around your application process, the format, the timelines, etc. is fair game.
From my recent coaching experience, I know that BCG and McKinsey in Europe send out the names and resumes of the interviewers beforehand.
Take care and all the best,
Florian
Hello!
Sure, nothing to loose. However, most of the times they won´t tell
Best regards,
Clara
Hi,
They don't usually tell you the name but it's totally fine to ask.
Good luck with your interview.
Best,
Antonello
It's completely ok to ask but don't be disheartened if they don't tell you until the actual day. You will be surprised how often interviewers are selected literally hours prior to the interview due to last minute drop outs and scheduling changes!
Hi there,
In many cases you should actually be informed. If they don't offer the information, it doesn't hurt to ask a day before.
Of course! Most firms will also tell you about the interviewers without being asked.
Hello there!
It is perfectly normal to ask, as you could find some more information about the interviewers.
The thing is that it may not be revealed until the day of the interview, so be ready for that.
Cheers,
GB
Hi, when I interviewed for M this year they sent me who would be interviewing me a day before. So I don't think it is preposterous to ask. This was in the U.S.
Hi,
Usually the information is provided once they can confimed the schedule. If not then it is not a problem at all to ask.
Best,
Iman
Hi there,
It is totally fine to ask. It is actually a quite smart move as if you know the background of the interviewers you can ask far better questions at the end.
Best,
Francesco
